Solar Care is our membership program for ongoing solar system maintenance and monitoring. Instead of waiting for something to break, we proactively inspect, monitor, and maintain your system so it performs at its best year-round.
Yes — even new systems benefit from monitoring and professional inspections. Early detection of installation issues, firmware updates, and warranty documentation are especially valuable in the first few years.
Absolutely. We service all major brands and system types regardless of who installed them. We'll do a thorough initial assessment during your first visit.
Pricing is based on your system's complexity — panel count, number of inverters, battery storage capacity, and generator integration. The prices on our plans page are starting prices for small, simple systems. After you submit your system details, we'll confirm exact pricing.
You can upgrade at any time — we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Many customers start with Essential and upgrade to Protect once they see the value of monitoring.
Solar Care plans are annual memberships. You can cancel at renewal with no penalty. We believe the value speaks for itself.
Our technician performs a full inspection: panel cleaning, wiring check, inverter diagnostics, production review, and (for Assure members) battery health and generator testing. You receive a detailed photo report afterward.
For most exterior work, no. If we need indoor access (e.g., to check an inverter or battery bank inside), we'll coordinate a time that works for you.
All members can submit issues through the portal anytime. Protect and Assure members get priority scheduling. Assure members also have waived diagnostic fees for unscheduled visits.
Watt Tower is our monitoring platform. Protect and Assure members get access to a personalized dashboard that tracks system production, sends alerts for issues, and lets you submit service requests.
Watt Tower works with most major inverter brands that have internet connectivity. We'll confirm compatibility during your initial system assessment.
